Shah Bibi Lost Her Right Arm And Eye When She Unwittingly Picked Up A Grenade Near Her Home.

She Was Brought To The U.S. By The Children Of War Foundation, And Was Fitted With A Prosthetic Arm At Shriners Hospitals For Children In Los Angeles.
